At WIP Clothing we believe that the clothes you wear must be friendly to you and the
planet. Therefore our fabrics are made from fibres grown consciously, in
natural environment, without use of chemicals that can negatively impact.

All our products are handcrafted, artisans are paid fairly ensuring their
happiness, reflecting the same in the product, while simultaneously minimising
our carbon footprint. 

That's not all. We go a step further. 

At WIP-Clothing, we believe no fabric should end up in a landfill, ever. We have
created our own upcycling techniques by fusing Indian fabrics with varied
western trends and styles. Each piece has its unique fabric & patching
combinations, along with minimal hand embroidery, making them one of its kind. 

It's a journey we started with few and hope to continue with many.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for online orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can login to our store with the email id u used while checkout and after loging in you will find the tracking option.

How much does your international shipping cost?

Minimum international shipping is INR.2000. Exact shipping can be calculated at checkout based on the weight and zip code of your order.

What is your return policy?

We usually don't refund on any items sold, until and unless the product is defected or damaged. However if you'd wish to return your item for store credit, you can drop us an email with a reason on info@wip-clothing.com with your return request along with any feedback. Kindly note customized items cannot be returned. We don't offer exchanges or returns on International orders. We do not offer return pickups as the cost for the same is not included in our pricing. If you are not entirely happy with your order you can connect with the team on info@wip-clothing.com and send the product back to our address, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing practices. We work closely with our farmers, weavers, dyers, tailors and other artisans to ensure fair labor practices and sustainable production methods.

What size should I order?

We provide detailed size charts for each product to help you find the perfect fit. In case you're unsure, you can always reach out to us on whatsapp chat or email us on info@wip-clothing.com. All queries are responded within 12-24 hours, Mon-Sat 9am-6pm.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship across India and worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How do I care for my garments?

We recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment's label. In general, most of our products are dry clean or gentle hand wash only.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Although please contact us via email, whatsapp or call, as soon as possible to request any changes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards can be purchased online and are valid for use on our website.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. For international orders, shipping fees apply.
What is your typical delivery time?

What is your typical delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general, standard shipping within the India takes 4-7 business days. For International orders approx 10-15 days.

How long does it take to receive the store credit for my return?

Upon receipt of the item and a quality check, we'll typically issue a store credit within 7-10 business days. You can use the coupon code while placing your next order with us. Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders to arrive faster. Expedited shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Can I place a bulk order for corporate events or parties?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. Please contact us at info@wip-clothing.com for more information and special pricing.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

We are committed to sustainability and offer a selection of eco-friendly products made from up-cycled materials and organic fabrics. Whatever you find on our website is either up-cycled or made in indigenous ways.

Do you offer personalized/customized products?

Yes, we offer a range of personalized/customized products where you can select design, style, fabric, patching combinations & embroidery.

What type of customisation orders do you take?

We customise in following ways.

Fix-Up
We restyle, any of your old personal clothing which is damaged but filled with memories. Using our Up-cycling techniques. Products like Torn Jeans, Jackets, Shirts, Blazers etc.

Re-Create
There are times when you have some left over fabric from your old creations which are priceless.Clothes like sarees, dresses, kurtis etc get old but the fabric is still in a good shape and is of great importance to you.Let us create something fresh out of it. You can also check with us on the bank of donated fabrics available with us.

How long does it take to personalize an item?

The time it takes to personalize an item varies depending on the complexity of the customization and our current workload. Typically, personalized items are processed within 3-4 weeks.

Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Unfortunately, personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the personalization process on our part. If you are still unhappy with something, you can mail or text us. We will try our best to do what we can.

Can I choose the fabric/style/color for personalization?

Yes, for most personalized products, you can choose from a selection of fabric, styles, and colors for the personalization. Specific customization options will be provided once you connect with us over a WhatsApp chat or an email.

Do you offer bulk discounts for personalized items?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for large orders of personalized items. Please contact us at info@wip-clothing.com to discuss bulk pricing and customization options.

Can I personalize items as gifts?

Yes, many of our personalized products make great gifts. You can add a personal touch by customizing them with special designs, patch, embroidery, initials, or special messages for the recipient.

Do you offer gift wrapping for personalized items?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for personalized items.

Can I cancel or modify a personalized order?

Due to the custom nature of personalized orders, they cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please double-check your personalization details before finalising your order.
