Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable for eligible items only. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • The refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Clearly mention your order number, the item(s) you wish to refund, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  4. Refund Timeframe:
    • Please allow a reasonable timeframe for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

We are an evolving brand located in India and organically growing at our own pace.

Returns & Exchange for international orders won’t be possible for us at this given point due to the high logistic fees & time.
